It says it cannot find a file. Yeah mc autocesk correct you files have not finished downloading you should have 7 files all together. I tried downloading the 6 file again and did the same thing.

My it guy says it could be our IP since we have had many disconnections lately. You need to download that file NOT run it. I'm assuming that will allow it to be downloaded still.
